Divvy for Everyone (D4E) - Evanston

The City of Evanston aims to make the Divvy bike share program affordable and accessible for Evanstonians. The D4E Evanston program provides a $5 Annual Membership to qualifying residents on a continual basis.

D4E Evanston Program Features

  • One-time $5 Annual Membership
  • In-person enrollment at the Evanston General Assistance Office and Parks, Recreation and Community Service facilities
  • No credit card required
  • Pay with debit, credit, prepaid card, or cash

Eligibility

D4E is available to Evanston residents aged 16 and older receiving SNAP, WIC, LIHEAP or public housing assistance.

For in person sign ups only, you can also show proof of annual household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. Use the chart below to determine if you qualify for a one-time D4E $5 membership.

Where to Enroll

Interested in signing-up for the D4E Evanston program? Evanston residents can sign up for the program through the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Facilities listed below. If you are looking to sign up with a cash payment, additional eligibility requirements are needed. Evanston General Assistance clients can sign up for the program directly through the General Assistance Office, located at the Lorraine H. Morton Civc Center, 2100 Ridge Ave., Evanston, IL 60201.
